The recent requests to add committer may be considered as "Initial Committers"
in the TSC charter for the below reasons
The initial committer list of the approved projects has been cleared to follow
the 2 persons per company guideline from the TSC, so some of the
1st part is modeling project,
And because modeling committee has too many things to handle, we have to add
more meeting time to discuss key R1 issue.

Since August 10 is the deadline for functionality freeze. To pass M2, we need
to upload code to each repository. It is very urgent and important for ESR team
members to be authorized as committers for AAI/ESR repository.

There continues to be confusion about adding Committers to an approved Project.
Obviously this has not been effectively communicated, so my apologies for doing
a poor job on this.
To remove any ambiguity the TSC Charter does not permit the direct appointment
of new Committers after a Project

The 3rd party adaptor needs the yang model as part of its development so it
isnt needed from SDC its needed as part of the adaptor development.
I dont know if there is value in providing the yang model in the CSAR since its
already going to

There are some issues about how WAN service descriptor works with SO and SDN-C
might need to be clarified. I suggest should we have a discussion on Monday
