Thirty seconds is an unusually long time for search to return from OCLC in the
Z39.50 interface. Searches with large result sets can take a little longer than
a search under 10 records to populate, but not that long. Certainly searches
with fewer than 10 records in the result set only

Today I did an upgrade from version 1.4.0.4 to 1.4.0.6 of Evergreen according
to the procedure on the webpage:
