I filed a bug a while back regarding the HTML-less nature of these library settings in the web client. It can be found here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1801143 This is also almost possible in the print templates themselves, but I don't think all the necessary fields are exposed

Thank you for the response, I appreciate it. It's nice to have the instructions on how it's supposed to be done. We've decided to just point to the Evergreen location for now since we're hoping to upgrade to 3.2 sooner than later, and this is more involved than I have time for at the moment. -Jon

An include statement is the best way to do this currently. I would also add an wish list item to LaunchPad to include this information for use in the templates. Just a note of warning, the includes cannot include any HTML, just your basic text currently. Lynn Floyd
