Just double checking: Did you add a username to the OPAC/Staff client
username field on the staff records? It might be helpful to see some
screenshots of the staff records and what's happening in the staff
client/opac.

We wiped the system this afternoon to begin the final import from our old
ILS. When we started with a fresh slate, we could create all the usernames
we wanted. So I'm not sure what happened. We'll be careful creating new
accounts and permissions groups going forward.
