Hi Elizabeth, If the workstation is a regular PC it is possible to add the registration page to the browser bookmarks and copy the registration page bookmark to the PC desktop as a desktop icon that users can click. I guess this is not exactly what you need, however, it might be at least

On the subject of adding to the patron registration/edit screen: You can add something like that globally by editing Open-ILS/src/templates/actor/user/register.tt2 to add your message to the bottom of the screen (before that last [% END %]). Then you can use whatever HTML you want.
