Hi Catherine,
Thanks for reporting the broken link to the docs PDF. The cause was a few
small problems with the documentation formatting, which caused the PDF building
process to break. The problems have been fixed, and the automatic building
process should occur

I am wanting to download the 2.12 PDF version of the documentation from
