If you are running 2.x it may be different; we're running 1.6.0.8, so YMMV... Those colored boxes indicate the current status of the patron account: Green = OK (no bills, fines, overdues) Purple = has overdues Orange = has bills Grey = expired Yellow = has an alert message Red = barred

Unless there are changes in 1.6, as far as I know, there is no way to change the print template for spine and pocket labels in Evergreen. You can use other programs to convert the print files in batch printing to a format to use label sheets. Many PINES libraries use MSWord label functionality but
