Did not move from III but I used MarcEdit to transform to MARCXML. Its API
capabilities allows one to use a scripting language to access many of its
functions so I could tweak the records as needed as well as the conversion
needed for the import into Evergreen.

Those adjustments should already have a note, but it looks like your note
column is not displaying. Try adding it from the column picker in the upper
right corner of that box. The note should say “System: VOIDED OVERDUE FOR
LOST”. (Certainly not the best note as far as wording

Missouri Evergreen has a number of libraries that were previously
using Millennium. Our process and positive experience was very much
like Martha's. We did not pay Innovative to extract the transactional
data (holds, circs). We also did not use the xmlOpac - we used yaz
tools to do the
