Forsyth NC runs a report on the 15th of every month identifying the email
addresses of those patrons whose cards expire the next month. We use
vendor Constant Contact to send a mass email to all those addresses letting
the patrons know that their cards are due to expire. Included in the text

Does anyone use a method for reminding patrons that their library card is
soon expiring?
We are having patrons who primarily use Overdrive contact us and say there
is an error or block on their account (due to their card expiring). I
didn't know if there was a feature to send out a courtesy email
