Until we are comfortable with Confluence being both site and wiki,
I think maintaining the site is important.

Even if we ever go to Confluence for the whole site, I think we'll

The only issue is making sure folks can get to them, and that we know
how to build them and make them available.

I've added the javadocs (from August; see OPENJPA-11) to the site,
not the wiki.
These might need an update at some point but they are probably 90%
there.
The manual stuff should probably go onto the site as well.
