· The Project manager will leverage their prior Enterprise IT
Project Management, M, and Sales/Finance experience, to ensure the
overall Project success and drive the project to deliver business results.
The Project Manager will understand the business implications of solutions,
call out risks and issues, foresee areas of conflict, and adjust / adapt
the Project plan accordingly.

· Own development of the project plan, estimates and schedule

· Use strong analytic skills to solve problems and make decisions
based on limited precedents or guidelines

· Effectively coordinate activities of the team to meet project
milestones

The Customer Project/Program Manager:

   - Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time,
   budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing
   customer projects.
   - Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan,
   sell and implement solutions to customer problems.
   -  Responsible for business as well as team management.



The expert level Customer Project/Program Manager is expected to apply
advanced subject matter knowledge to:

   - Solve complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter
   expert.
   - Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
   - Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or
   data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
   - Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined

specific workstreams:

*1) Critical Web (50%) - Need PM to lead developers and manage vendors to
alignment on steps to deliver key customer-facing web critical components
(e.g. Outages, Emergency Response, I Smell Gas) to have an iron-clad
fail-over in the instance of disaster recovery for both web and mobile web.

into offsite disaster recovery (50%) - work with E.I. team to help align

CSR is not self-service, the CSR piece must be aligned for CX
