I connected to the Javadx page (www.javadx.org) but I could not make it
work on my Mac.
Where can I find documentation about Javadx and example about its use ?
Thank you in advance for any help,

I'm trying to import charge some charge density data into DX, but can't
seem to find a solution for non orthogonal systems...
That is:
I have three cell vectors a,b,c, where \alpha, \beta and \gamma are \ne to
90 degrees. I then have values of charge density at
(0,0,0)
(0,0,1)

Hi all,
I just developed a small openDX module to import a specific data format,
and I have some questions.
Let's say my module takes as input the filename and the rank of data.
Is it possible that, according to the given rank of data, the module
allows to give a variable number of other inputs,
In OpenDX, it's called a 'productarray'. You can read about it in the Users Guide, Appendix B-2, Native File Format. I doubt you can import using 'general' format, but native format gives you much more power, including this feature, so is worth learning anyway (and not difficult).
Hello,
I try to compile opendx on a 64bit SuSE machine, but unfortunately I get this

Hello,
I have a dx file that creates the image of a brain. In order to find
the coordinates of specific points of interest, I use the probe tool.
However, when I search the actual text in the dx file for those output
coordinates, the don't exist. Does anyone know how I can prevent this from
