Anyone having problems running VirtualBox on OpenIndiana?
I have
SunOS openindiana 5.11 oi_151a2 i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris

On trying to run it I get

I finally found the reason for the pkg.depotd not working behind Apache reverse

configure a virtual host with AllowEncodedSlashes On, or manifests and
packages URLs
never worked!
Strange one...

Hi,
I have installed OI 151a on my ASUS NoteBook U24E-PX2430.
This has Intel HD 3000 chip for Graphics. Now I have been
using vesa in my xorg.conf. But I want to use full resolution screen.
Now I know OI 151a doesn't support Intel HD 3000. So when
will this chip be support? Or if someone know

do this, although I can't find any tutorial that is OI-specific. I'm
following examples in DNS and BIND Cookbook (O'Reilly)

Not sure of the 'proper' way to do it, but I do the same thing I do with
Windows file servers: rely on volume snapshots. With Windows it's previous
versions through VSS, on OI I keep 1 hours worth of 15 minute snapshots,
and a days worth of hourly.
