Hi, I'd try something like: devfsadm -C -v -c disk and then devfsadm -v -c disk I'm not sure whether you should use '-c disk'. It might not work on nvme drives -but it should IMO. That should clean up eventual remains of the failed disk in /dev and create new device links for the new disk.
