Here's my $0.02 on JavaFX as someone who's used it for over 4 years in the
JITWatch project (https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/jitwatch) and also for
fun with my DemoFX benchmarks (https://github.com/chriswhocodes/DemoFX).

Now that we have hit RDP1 and expect relative few changes for 10, I have
one more change to update the Copyright year to 2017 for files modified

This applies to JavaFX as well. Starting now, jfx-dev is open for JDK 11
changes. Changes can be requested for backport to JDK 10 according to
the guidelines set forth by Mark Reinhold, but otherwise will be in JDK 11.
