Background - A while ago a number of us noticed that OpenOCD *ASSUMES* that all TAP transitions require 7 TMS clocks, which is quite wrong, and problematic. Jeff Willson - did some work, and has a smaller table, sadly it breaks the FTDI based interfaces. Why? Because they all assume 7 bits. --
