Luisillo, I can only say that I haven't personally experienced the same exception under Windows simply by sharing the asset cache between instances. I have been doing it for years now without any issues. The only time I've seen that exception was from people using antivirus software, especially

Yeah, I've tried a shared cache before and it seems to be okay. It's a bit messy because multiple simulators may attempt to clean up the cache at the same time, which results in quite a few seeing messy file not found warnings, though these should not be harmful. It's hard to know how to get
