Hi - First, I again want to thank Skible for an excellent HOWTO install
guide for Folsom 2012.2... as I was able to get Folsom "fully
operational per the guide" and perform all of the tests that have been
available to test the environment.

In my opinion, if you are going to spend all the time learning a new
product -- i.e. nova network vs quantum. And if you are only testing a
concept, I would spend it upon Folsom and move from Essex and/or nova
network and nova storage. Quantum eases many of the issues Nova network

I see your point about throughput and I/O, but if you have a multi-core
server, greater than say 4 cores, and thus likely you would have
multiple NICs, 2 or More, your assumptions fall apart about the cpu
usage and I/o. For example, using XEN or Qemu or in the older systems

Hi all -- I am having the same problem with this repo too --
Executing the Nova command (see page 51 of guide OpenStack Install and
Deploy Manual - Red Hat Ubuntu - Sep 26, 2012) (nova image-list) and
Horizon (server error) fails.
In addition I am/was getting that the public keys were missing
hoice if the documentation matches the functionality ... etc etc.
If you wish help on use, form, and/or feedback on spelling, grammar,
checking steps etc... I would be happy to help. Even write-ups after I
get this project completed.

ng the novnc package, novnc is part of the regular ubuntu package
repository. If you do "apt-cache search novnc", do you see two results?
