Update on the last 24 hours:
(1) Sean's patch splitting the unit and functional tests in tox has merged.
(2) My patch to restore the functional test gate jobs ran into a

the gate, and I haven't been able to reproduce it

OpenStack-Helm team,
We're seeking to accelerate onboarding of new team members and shorten the
learning curve. One idea that has resonated is to have team office hours,

I agree this would be a great addition but I'm worried about the

Also I don't see any release notes explaining the changes to our users

Thanks Clark. Got the +1 from zuul.
By the way, I also changed to use openstack/automaton instead of transitions.

That's odd.
What should happen is that while the file is zipped as .txt.gz, Apache
decompresses the file on-the-fly and serves it to you as plain text [1].
This should work even with something as basic as curl. There's no
javascript or fancy things involved

I'm +1 on this, because the feature has been proposed for a while (has changed
the contributor group at least once) and is needed for feature parity with
virtual machines in nova.

Hi,
Problem which You have here is that Your agent can't connect to rabbitmq.
Because of that rpc message with report_state is timeouted and that is the
reason of this error.
Is Your rabbitmq server on same host with ovs agent? Is rabbitmq server works
properly?

Hi,
If both ovs agent and neutron-server reconnect to rabbitmq then it should
report state properly again IMO.
Can You maybe send more details about Your issue? What OpenStack version You
are running, exact stack trace of exception which You get and so on.
