Hi, Until now, the openstack-nova package in RDO had a lax requirement on qemu-kvm which potentially meant an older version of qemu-kvm (or qemu-kvm-rhel) would be installed [1]. We have agreed at the RDO meeting this morning to go ahead and formally require qemu-kvm >= 2.3 from Newton onwards.
