I'd like to start thread related to orchestration based resource
management. At current state Heat support in Trove is nothing else than
experimental. Trove should be able to fully support Trove as resource
management driver.

compatibility matrix. MongoDB has user/role management and even has a
superuser which is equivalent to the mysql root. Cassandra also supports
user/pass authentication as a part of its simple-auth protocol.

Tim, let's make conductor reporting that root enabled until we could be
able to teach trove how to manage its own extensions. Because extensions
are too complicated, as you said. So, it's really would be better to give
conductor an ability to handle root reporting.

I finally found the error it's generating. Not from the log files through,
but from Horizon UI.
I would like to see this functionality in the next way:
1. Creating parameters group.
2. Validate and Save.
3. Send to an instance those parameters in dict representation.
4. Merge into main config.
PS: #4 is database specific, so it's should be handled by manager.
