namespacing rules
Specifically regarding namespaces, puppet was great but ansible doesn't
seem to be as good (at least to me), in fact I think w
e are more ways of doing this!

on TripleO side we'd be looking at running scenarios 001 and 004 ...
maybe initially 004 only is good enough as it covers (at least for ceph)
most of what is in 001 as well

we currently cycle through a list of playbooks to execute which can be
given as a Heat parameter ... I suppose we'll need to find a way to make
an ansible variable override the Heat value
