Our driver have been merged into Kilo before K-1 and have implemented many
features, so I think our driver is not a new driver.
For these drivers aleady merged in Kilo and if they want add some new features,

1. create vol-1
2. attach vol-1 to a vm
3. migrate vol-1
4. when vol-1 is under migration, detach vol-1
