After talking to other core members, I'd like to propose that we hold the meetup at the following times: Wednesday 11 Feb: 1300-1700 UTC Wednesday 11 Feb: 1800-2200 UTC Thursday 12 Feb: 1300-1700 UTC Do these time work for everyone who wants to join? Is there enough time to arrange travel for those of you who would like to participate locally? Please indicate your availability on the etherpad we started last Thursday: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/manila-kilo-midcycle-meetup This is a reminder that the meetup is tomorrow! It will be entirely virtual, so please join the Google Hangout or the phone bridge. The details are in the etherpad. Since this is the first time we've tried something like this, I'm not sure how the format will work out. I didn't want to schedule static blocks of time for topics because I want to let discussions run their course. I know this creates a big challenge for people who aren't able to attend both the early and late sessions, so we will do our best to take notes and duplicate any presentations or discussions for those who missed something. The topics on the agenda are ordered by most popular to least popular and I plan to go through them mostly in order. -Ben Swartzlander __ OpenStack Development Mailing List (not for usage questions) Unsubscribe: openstack-dev-requ...@lists.openstack.org?subject:unsubscribe http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack-dev

From the list of attendees also a Shanghai number may helps.
