Re: [openstack-dev] PTL Voting is now open

2015-04-11 Thread Tristan Cacqueray
Attention voters, ballots have been sent to one of your Gerrit
additional E-mail Addresses. Due to this error we must cancel this
election and start a new one. Any vote that has already been cast is
null and void.

The title of the new poll is changed to New OpenStack ... PTL Election
and all votes must be re-submitted using the new ballots sent to your
Gerrit Preferred E-mail Address.

The end date is now extended by one day so you can vote until
13:00 UTC April 17, 2015.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this error may have caused.

Hi Anita,

I didn't get e-mail with link for my vote for Horizon PTL. I am non-code
contributor, officially recognized by ATC status in August 2013. Could
you please include me into Horizon voting list? I am not sure if there
are also other lists where we should be, but we (me and Liz) are the
first officially approved non-code ATCs and it looks that we were not
added to particular lists. So if you know about some lists where we
should be and could fix it...

Thanks

You're on the right lists, it's just that our voters list tooling
doesn't take those into consideration yet...

Anita should add you and Liz to the Horizon PTL vote asap, sorry for the
