I agree. I don't think we will need all of Monday and Tuesday. I wanted
to get a rough schedule put together so we wouldn't need to reserve the
entire room all day. So far we haven't received feedback on the proposed
schedule, so it's probably safe to mark the times listed in the etherpad.

I'm terrible with names. Since the topics are identity specific, that
would make sense, but I do feel as though we high-jacked the session and
the name =/

I think John Garbutt came up with the original name. I'm sure he can
explain the reasoning for it better than I can.

Yes, we can still allocate a 80-people room or a 30-people one. Let me

Hi Thierry,

I had been monitoring for PTG room allocations, but I missed this email
which was the important one.

The security SIG plans to meet at the PTG to discuss several topics. I am
to late to get our inclusion?

Following feedback I made small adjustments to Kuryr and
OpenStack-Charms allocations. The track schedule is about to be
published on the event website, so now is your last chance to signal
critical issues with it!

OpenStack Charms team preference would be to have our dedicated room
Wed/Thurs; in Denver we participated in some of the cross projects
discussions such as fast forward upgrades, and I'd not want to have to
fragment our time as a team to accommodate that if possible please!

Two options.

If you already know for sure that you want to meet at a specific time on
Monday, Tuesday or Friday, we can pre-allocate you a slot.

Or you can come to the event, see who from the team is around, discuss
what their schedule looks like and decide when/where would make the most
sense to meet. Then you look at the list of bookable rooms and time
slots and pick the one you prefer. Tracks scheduled that way will appear
on the PTGbot together with pre-allocated tracks.

To book a slot, you will use the new PTGbot 'book' command. See:
https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/ptgbot/tree/README.rst#n64

Given how difficult it is to predict conflicts, my advice would be to
use the latter option and decide on the spot.
