[Openstack-operators] Attempting to Reserve Node

I'm trying to provision nodes with Ironic, and my Ironic logs show that Ironic is attempting to reserve node. It continues to do this forever. I took a look at the code and it appears to be some type of lock condition. Anyone know the solution? John
