I rely on VNC for remote support for my end users, and it was working very nice
until the last update performed to the system. Now, it's almost impossible to
use it. I have to wait from 5 to 10 seconds after a mouse click or a key stroke
to get a response back from the remote machine.

you can modify the behavior of the RemoteControl (this is VNC) in the
desktop application. There is a way to auto accept clientrequests.

The password is correct and it said "connection rejected by local user",
if I use a wrong password it said "authentication failure"
