I tried running openvasmd --migrate but it completes in seconds.
running openvas --migrate -v gives below message.

It is recommended to have at least one user with role Admin.
FIX: create a user by running 'openvasmd --create-user=name
--role=Admin openvasmd --user=name

Hmm skipping a mayor version is not a good idea, does it work if you
migrate
Yes tried running create user command.But same error message shown.
