Personally, the feature is useful, but I agree with the above poster
that there really is no good default password policy. As long as the
feature is well documented, that is all I would ask for. Unless of

Hello OpenVAS Users,
with upcoming OpenVAS-6 we support password policies for the OpenVAS users.
Like password needs at least 4 characters and must contain a number.
See the attached password policy sample file (located in
openvas-administrator/doc/).
