The commands may be slightly different depending on your distro.

Some sort of sync error? Try syncing the NVTs again. If that fails try
remove all the NVTs by hand and sync again. They're usually in
/var/lib/openvas/plugins/.

I figured it out. Must have been some type of lib problem. I rebooted my
box and it all works now. Thanks everyone
