That seems like a good way to handle it. I found that by sharing the entire trex-core directory and doing a symlink of the scripts folder TRex was able to find the libraries without changing anything in /usr/local/lib/…/, but there was still the slight change/refactor needed for ServiceARP.

Hello, Thanks for your details. I found why my import of trex submodules didn’t work well. In fact with trex.py class in nfvbench code we have a cyclic import with new trex module (which is a path like trex/common/services/trex_service_arp.py for ServiceARP class). So I manage this way : -
