Right, so it will play the file each time the page refreshes - which is every 30 seconds. Perfect ! But this is only when you drill down to a specific issue - which is when you hit a status.cgi page. So any page which is of use - such as "all unhandled alerts" - doesn't play the sound file. Is t

It does seem to be working - but not quite in the manner I expected. When a client chooses to click on a host which is in an alert state it then plays the audio file. But the file is not played automatically when the initial alert appears - which kind of defeats the object. As an aside although
