I have a problem with using oracle built in stored procedures in embadded C.
It is impossible to compile my program by ProC. It says:

is a free downloadable package called Cygwin which gives you an X
terminal. I don't have the URL handy but you can google it. Use the
NASA download site, it is the fastest. Download the default
version.

I believe there is a bug in the installer and the following two steps are
missing
cd $ORACLE_HOME/plsql/jlib
loadjava -user sys/ plsql.jar
Do them yourself manually and you should be fine.
