I've just done it on a 2 node Win2k cluster but supporting a single
database - and it REALLY was easy. Can't see any reason why it shouldn't be
easy with more than one DB onthe cluster.

CTAS approach needs reenabling them in the new table. This will take
longer. But alter table does not need to disable or enable the constraints
