Designer Installation Question

Hello: I'm reviewing the Oracle Descripter 9.0.2 installation instructions amd wondered is there anyway to just install Designer without all of the other programs(JDeveloper, Oracle Forms Developer, etc)? I was hoping to just use the DB Modeling functionality. Thanks In Advance, Jay -- Please
