the relink fails with out creating the executable. If you do see the file

I am trying to start a new db on one of my new Linux box
Dell 2450 , RHAT 7.0 and 8.1.6 .. 1GB ram and huge disk space ..
but I get a error at SVRMGR
ORA-03113: end-of-file
