If I'm reading this correctly, I'd like to note that "zesty" versus
"community" is not determined by geography, i.e. rural versus urban, but
rather one of the culture that's been
available/created/nourished/stumbled-upon.

graph I made before and BIDA is also seeing a decrease recently:
