You may like to take a look at these Argentine mid-twenty century diagram.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/9170448@N03/sets/72157631747322299/ The diagram is a crease pattern with instructions on how to fold it. That made me wonder if anybody know what diagram is considered the earliest crease
