If anyone is using a document camera to demo origami folding online, please
share which camera you use and your evaluation. (model and make, please)
I'm trying to continue my club via Zoom and sometimes need to demonstrate
the folding. Hard to do through the little "eyeball" camera on the

Thank you all for the suggestions. I will make this work!

I just gave a box of models to an assisted living facility. They are
decorating residents' doors to bring a smile...
Also, some Council on Aging organizations in my area are doing mailings to
homebound elders and are including a flat model with a little note on it.
Best to all.

I am a self taught folder who does mostly modular origami. I've moved to a
community that does not have any origami presence but I've managed to
interest both the local Council on Aging and the Center for the Arts. I
could use help designing a program of modulars that I could teach that

Thanks from a newbee to this list.

promoting origami for adults b
Some time ago (2+ years) I was working on a series of 16 or 17 modular
stars all made from the same unit. I just found a package of partially
completed stars with their variation number, many completed units, but
nowhere can I find the diagrams or the designer's name! The units are made

I made this model many years ago. Over time the connections have loosened
and the "hole" has become larger. I'd like to make it again but forget the
name of the model. Help?

Thank you! Thank you! I have this book along with at least 3 more of your
books. I am so excited to make it again. The paper I used (and will use
again) is from Staples 80 lb "Elite Gloss". It's what they use for posters
and flyers. Worked into a kusudama it appears to be fine china.
I love
Hi Leslie.
Staples told me this paper is not sold. They use it themselves for copying
jobs.
First time I used this paper I had collected unused flyers at an event I
went to and used the back of the flyer. Next time I went to a Staples copy
center and begged for some. They gave me 12 - 8.5x11 p
