Following your question about 270 sonobe ball and Meenakshi's reply, I
would like to add one more buckyballl
https://www.flickr.com/photos/dasssa/3362966571/  constructed from paper
strips by knotology. It's basically the same to how 270 sonobe ball should
look like. The pentagonal regions can be pushed in as in my sphere or
pulled out (as in Meenakshi's example).

I have not constructed one, but to make the Sonobe version you would have
