or how (or whether) it should be divided. The largest OST on QiqoChat has
been 450

I would love to talk to you about this. I would probably design 15 parallel
OST sessions with two facilitators per OST session and have some meta
harvesters working across all groups.
This way you keep to a max of 150 participants for each OST and you get to
notice what patterns emerge

I have a client who is curious to have a large meeting, maybe OST with up to
2400 participants. Youth from schools in one of Swedens major cities, topic
around democracy, inclusion, participation etc. I know large groups have been
working together in Qiqo and other software, but sooo large?!
