I was able to create a route that follows your GPX. =
- I loaded the GPX into OsmAnd.
- Established the beginning of the trip in the lower right,
- Selected "Directions from" from the menu.
- Answered "yes to the prompt: "Do you want to use the displayed track
for navigation"

("...") -> categories -> nearest POI . You'll get a list of all POIs ar
Reason for your problems are the non-rooted phone and letting Osmand save
the files in the locked /data/data/ directory. Unless you gain access to
this (through rooting the phone or a method which allows this on non rooted
phone) or manage to get the Osmand data to "normal", accessible directory
