Hi dpuschek It seems osmand needs to have written the file for it to be permitted to read it. However, you don't need to download them again. You need to move them to somewhere outside of the new download folder first, then use a file manager app to 'open with' and select osmand for each obf.

I know nothing about the internationalisation of OSM, but if I type "post office" in the search bar it gives me the option to search for Post Office Service (amenity=post_office). On the Polish page for that tag it gives the alternative *udogodnienie= poczta*
