I did rename otrs to otrs2.0.3 directory and then unpack all files
from 2.0.4 package to otrs directory. Everything works good.

Customer data won't get screwed. One ticket will just be merged with
the other.

No ID's are removed from the database.
The merge process:
* Moves all messages and comments to the 'parent' ticket
* Creates parent-child

Wenn ich eine Antwort von einem Kunden bekomme oder ein Telefonticket
erstelle, wandert das Ticket in Neue Nachricht. Wenn ich in der
Queueansicht bin, werden dort 3 neue Nachrichten angezeigt. Klicke ich
nun auf Neue Nachricht bleibt das Fenster leer. Auch selbst
erstellte Telefontickets
