User impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services or features.
More info: Affected services include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business,
Oof. First GCP this morning, then Slack at 1 PM PST, now O365.
Just stating in case no one else noticed earlier.

Shows "Network Infrastructure" error'd out across the board, all regions.
They are really slow to update that page, had to go to twitter to find
outage... Looked here earlier, but no one mentioned it yet.
So much for the cloud.

Notification Details
Spectrum Enterprise continues to investigate call failures and is working with
internal groups on troubleshooting bridges to identify the cause and actions
needed to fix. Currently there is no ETR and additional details will be
provided as information

issues with phone calls being connected.
I was also informed but wasn't told where they have a fiber cut that is
affecting accesss to spectrums
many of our clients using Optimum in the Borough park neighborhood of
Brooklyn NY are affected.
no information besides "there is an outage in your area" from optimum
