For me this works perfectly (a) without the symlink (b) with an
additional DRIVER==
I am not able to start owserver without sudo on a LinkUSB with ftdi
addressing.
I have an udev rule that works for owserver and the LinkUSB, creating a
symbolic link to /dev/ttyUSB and setting the group to 'owsrv' and the
mode to group can read/write /dev/ttyUSB looking like:
SUBSYSTEMS=
