I didn't see any specific UI for creating key definitions. I had expected
to see either a "keys" field in the main "Edit topic reference" dialog or a
separate "Insert key definition" option on the context menu/dita map menu
that currently provides the "insert topicref", "insert topichead", "insert
I notice that with 11 beta, when I open a map from outside Oxygen it opens
in the main editor, not in the map manager--is that a change in behavior or
is there a setting I need to change?

[1] and for a license key for tests [2].
