I'd see them as a positive if there's nothing better available. Actual
experience is king in my books followed by open source project work. I
wouldn't depend on these certs if you plan on doing them for several
months. That doesn't look too good and is not in your best interest

I am looking into completing some online courses at the moment. Pluralsight
apparently gives course completion certificates on their Plus subscription.
Have any of you found the certificates valuable? Would they improve my
chances with an employer?
