Hi Diedre
Thanks for the reply, I will give to Lynley tomorrow. I have just returned
from Ballarat from a very cold 3 days at Uni, the heaters were broken.
Lynely went to a new Chinese GP in Warracknabeal, and had a blood test for

Hi,
I think it was Sheena who wrote a while back asking about what to do for
restless legs. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, I somehow missed the
email asking for more info about the Silicea gel. Yes it is safe in
pregnancy. Also it can be bought in a gel which is a bit more expensive
HI Sheena,
Restless legs seems to be getting more
common. But not just in pregnancy. My husband and a friend both suffer
with Restless leg syndrome. Recent it was suggested to my husband to take
silicea gel. It's a little expensive but works wonderfully. You simply
swallow a teaspoon full
of Vit B supps to start
that off.
Hope she gets some relief soon
Janet

This sounds like the classic restless legs syndrome that afflicts my

For more information and a whole raft of ideas, check out the Restless Legs

Hope this helps,
Regards,
Andrea

Certainly does sound like restless legs syndrome which I have had for
years. Tried lots of stuff
I suffer from a muscle disease and had lots of trouble with my legs but
500g of Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate a day has given total relief since I
started it 4years agocould help but of course check it out with the
midwife first. Your cause may be very different..Elaine Odgers
